Next project
Now that Owen is all of seven months old, Eric and I realized the thing we need right now is a new project. A remodeling project! Not quite a remodel, more of a facelift. Our bathrooms need some work so today I initiated project Let's Render Both Our Bathrooms Useless Just In Time For The Holidays. I called a company today to get a quote. I'll be letting you know how all of this goes in great detail with the corresponding photo sets on flickr.

Leslie: I think the better plan would be one before January and one after, or do you only want pain once? Whatever they tell you on the amount of time, double it. I am home waiting for the 11th visit of our heating and air contractors that put in a new furnace and air conditioner. We have failed the City inspection, twice. They have apologized twice, provided a gift card to Chili's and written a check for $200 and I am still considering taking them to the Contractor Licensing Board. G-Paw
