That's Andrew at our second home - the park. Selling your house is tough. It's a process filled with up and down emotions, constant cleaning and the joy living out of your car. Our house has been on the market for a little over two weeks. In that time we've had two offers and over 30 prospective buyers visit. Both offers fell through. One offer was just too low. And the other we agreed to (yay!), but then they backed out hours after we signed (boo). After new activity in the neighborhood this week, we're going to lower our price and have another open house on Saturday. On the positive side, the house has never looked better and if we don't sell right now, it's a great place to be stuck.
