The Capron back 40 (sq ft) is producing food! So remember those carrots Andrew and I planted about 6 months ago? Well, we have some results! Andrew was so excited. The original plan was to teach Andrew a little something about where food comes from and that it doesn't come just from the grocery store. But what I think we've taught him is that you can start a project, completely forget about for months and voila - results!
Hmm...
Anyhoo, Andrew was very excited about the carrot.

Glad to see your alive, hope everything is going well and I am hoping that this is the leftover of the carrot and that the rest of it was eaten?
Such a cute photo. I can imagine a carrot lined scrapbook page! Do you scrapbook?
We'll come visit this summer ( I hope). By then, I will expect full on carrot salad.
love, Rachel
That's the best looking carrot I have ever seen.....good baseline data......kinda like my egg business. Love, Grandma Peters
He looks so proud! Just adorable!
then one day, a carrot came up. Just as the little boy knew it would.
Andrew I am telling Great Grandpa B about your harvest. You must have inherited his farm genes.
Great work!
